Love this and all the other posts. Some suggestions: a. Chip and Pin cards asking for signatures b. Waiters explaining too much - almost want to pull up a chair and invite for the meal c. Agents changing your seat allocation that you specifically picked for a reason d. Using the check-in counter as enquiries e. The crowding behaviour at luggagge carrousels f. Everything associated with security checks. Why no world standard?
